Urine pH target for Calcium Oxalate stones
Dosing NoLith
Starting dosing is typically 1 scoop (30mEq potassium citrate), mixed with 16 ounces of water.
Dosing may be adjusted up or down according to urinary pH as determined by the health care provider.
If more than 1 scoop is needed per day, doses should be separated and taken in morning and late afternoon.
If more fluid intake versus citrate is needed or desired a 1/2 scoop of NoLith offers 15mEq of potassium citrate and makes a lighter flavored drink when mixing it with 16 ounces of water.
